Avocado Banana Smoothie

Avocado smoothie recipe that is super quick and easy to prepare and packed with healthy fats to start your day. All you need is a blender, and you’ll have a breakfast menu in five minutes, tops!

Serving: 1

Ingredients:

  • ½ medium avocado
  • 1 small banana (or ½ medium)
  • 1 tsp spirulina/chlorella powder
  • A wedge of lemon
  • Almond milk/coconut milk/coconut water
  • 2 tbsp sour cream

Instructions:

  1. Put all ingredients in a blender
  2. Add the green powder and squeeze a wedge of lemon in the blender
  3. Add sour cream (optional)
  4. Pour the liquid of your choice into the blender to fill the space and cover ingredients
  5. Blend until smooth and avocado smoothie is ready to serve
